For a new pig stable in the Brabant village of Zeeland, we supplied various (plastic) building materials, including ASW PIR FR PLUS insulation panels.

ASW PIR FR PLUS – top choice for stable insulation

When it comes to insulation value, the ASW PIR FR PLUS is the absolute standout within our range of fire-retardant stable insulation. With a Lambda value of 0.020 W/(m.K) and a fire safety class B-S2-D0 as placed on the market, these insulation panels directly contribute to a healthy indoor climate and the fire safety of barns. Even with a thin insulation panel, a very good insulation value can be achieved. In this project, the ASW PIR FR PLUS panels were supplied in a thickness of 40 mm.

Plastic building materials for pig stables

In addition to insulation, Bouwimpex also supplied Bouwplast plastic built-in windows in the Easy variant for this project. These drop windows are standard equipped with a 21 mm stop (flange), making them quick and easy to install. Thanks to an EDPM seal around the flange, a good connection is ensured.

Also included in this project were our Agraplast doors. These are high-quality plastic stable doors that are resistant to ammonia, moisture, and UV light. The doors are known for their quality and last for generations without any issues.
