At the pig breeding company Lamoen in Lith, Bouwimpex delivered SGW FR fire class A insulation boards. These fire-retardant insulation boards are mainly used for projects with the highest fire safety requirements.

In the pig sector, achieving a high fire class is becoming increasingly important. The two pig barns at the Lith family farm are less than half a meter apart, making fire safety requirements even stricter. The excellent fire class A2-S1-D0 according to EN-13501-1 makes the SGW FR insulation board exceptionally suitable.

SGW FR is a stable insulation board made of glass wool, featuring a glass fleece on the top side and aluminum foil on the underside. The foil is a strong gray foil that can be easily cleaned.
