At Handelshuis Schuttert – Schuinesloot in Ommen, Bouwimpex has provided a wide range of plastic building materials, fire-retardant insulation, and panels. In addition to fire safety, strict requirements were also set regarding insulation and hygiene.

The Bouwplast program includes a number of high-quality (click) panels and profiles that can be easily applied in any situation. Thanks to the flexible system, cladding the partition walls with high ceilings is no problem at all. The plastic panels feature a super-smooth surface and are resistant to ammonia and cleaning agents, enabling simple and quick cleaning. The high-quality raw materials of the Bouwplast-plus FR panels also ensure an exceptionally strong and durable wall and ceiling system with unique fire-resistant properties and a very long lifespan.

Additionally, our plastic panels are also used as sustainable wall coverings in the air washer. The air washer is used in intensive livestock farming to reduce the emission of harmful substances and/or substances that affect the environment. The Bouwplast panels stand out due to their clever click system, standardly equipped with a unique rubber strip that creates a hygienic, seamless connection. As a result, the panels fit perfectly together, creating a smooth, watertight wall. Due to this tight connection and the super-smooth surface of the panels, dirt adhesion or leakage has no chance. The panels are also resistant to the most common chemicals.

In new construction or renovation projects of agricultural and industrial buildings where fire safety plays an important role, the ASW PIR FR insulation boards from Bouwimpex are often used. These insulation boards have a guaranteed good fire performance (Euroclass B-S2-DO end use) and a high insulation value. The white visible side also ensures good light diffusion.
