A concept for more daylight and fresh air and the regulation of wind influences in the barn? For the newly constructed calf barn of Mts Bezu in Haulerwijk, the LuxAir system was applied in combination with special wind pressure caps. Both products were developed by Bouwimpex.

The side walls of the newly constructed barn are equipped with 125 running meters of Bouwplast built-in windows with an aerodynamic air inlet valve installed. This ensures maximum daylight intake and optimal air supply and exhaust in the barn.

Each valve has a special wind pressure cap placed on the outside of the facade. In this way, weather influences are largely eliminated. The caps are made of Bouwplast Plus panels (anthracite color) and Bouwplast transparent panels. The latter guarantee extra light transmission.

Mts. Bezu is ready for the future and contributes to better animal welfare in the barn with these solutions!
