Bouwplast HP-V PVC panels are specifically designed for hygienic pen partitions in livestock buildings. The strong, impact-resistant panels feature flat top and bottom edges, allowing them to fit neatly against the floor and create a smooth, virtually seamless partition. This makes HP-V panels an excellent choice for hygienic pen partitions in pig housing.
Available in five different heights, the panels are designed to accommodate common pen partition dimensions.

The Bouwplast HP-V panel range is designed for applications requiring single-piece PVC panels. These panels are widely used in pig housing, including farrowing houses, weaner accommodation and finishing pig buildings.
One of the key advantages of HP-V panels is their flat top and bottom edges. This allows the panels to fit neatly against the floor, creating a smooth, hygienic partition with minimal gaps. The close fit also helps reduce unwanted draughts. In buildings with feed passage ventilation, this contributes to more even airflow and a consistent indoor climate.
Like other Bouwplast panels, HP-V panels are manufactured from rigid PVC. This strong, impact-resistant material is resistant to ammonia and disinfectants, making it well suited to demanding agricultural environments. Its smooth surface is also easy to clean and maintain.

Unlike Bouwplast HP-V panels, the Bouwplast-plus panel system allows different panel widths and types to be combined. This versatile system offers the flexibility to create partitions tailored to specific project requirements.
