Agrasteel-FR fire-rated doors
Agrasteel-FR fire-rated doors are manufactured from galvanised steel sheets with a fire-resistant core. Available with fire resistance ratings of 30, 60, 90 or 120 minutes, the doors are tested in accordance with EN 1634-1:2014. They are suitable for applications requiring EI₁ or EI₂ fire resistance classifications, subject to the relevant building regulations.
Both the door leaf and frame feature a durable powder-coated finish. The frame is fitted with intumescent seals around its perimeter, which expand when exposed to heat to help prevent the spread of fire. Optional stainless steel self-closing hinges are also available.
Agrasteel-FR doors are available in certified sizes up to 2,750 mm in height, with a wide range of custom dimensions to suit individual project requirements. The doors can be supplied in various RAL colours and optionally fitted with fire-resistant glazing.

Agrasteel-FR fire-rated doors are designed for installation in fire-resistant walls and other areas where fire protection is required. With fire resistance ratings of 30, 60, 90 or 120 minutes, the range offers solutions for different project requirements and applicable building regulations.
Durable steel construction
Agrasteel-FR doors are manufactured from two or three galvanised steel sheets with a fire-resistant core. The door leaf has a thickness of 63 mm for the 30, 60 and 90-minute versions, and 73 mm for the 120-minute version. Both the door leaf and frame are finished with a durable powder coating, available in a range of RAL colours.
Large dimensions and flexible options
Agrasteel-FR fire-rated doors are available as single or double doors, including certified large-size configurations. A wide range of made-to-measure dimensions is available to suit individual projects.
The doors can be fitted with various accessories, including door closers, panic locks, electromagnetic devices and fire-resistant glazing. For agricultural applications, stainless steel self-closing hinges are a popular option.

Other solutions for fire safety
SGW-FR insulation boards are designed for use in agricultural buildings. Made from glass wool, the boards feature a glass-fibre facing on one side and a durable grey aluminium foil facing on the other. The foil surface is easy to clean, making the boards suitable for environments where hygiene is important.
