Topfloor cast iron stable grids

Topfloor cast iron flooring slats are designed for use in pig housing, including facilities for finishing pigs and breeding sows. Manufactured from high-quality ductile cast iron (GGG40), these slats offer a strong, durable solution for demanding agricultural environments. They are resistant to acids and corrosion and have high breaking strength, making them suitable for intensive use.

The distinctive triangular bar design, combined with 12.5 mm slot openings, allows manure and moisture to drain efficiently through the floor.

strong and stable flooring

Topfloor cast iron flooring slats feature sturdy support ribs that provide strength and stability. The slats are self-supporting, making them straightforward to install without additional support structures.

The slightly textured surface provides grip underfoot, helping to reduce slipping and improve safety for pigs moving across the floor.

The triangular bar design and 12.5 mm slot openings allow manure and moisture to pass through efficiently. This helps keep the floor cleaner and reduces the build-up of waste.

Topfloor flooring slats are available in a range of sizes and configurations to suit different pig housing applications. Each slat undergoes quality checks for defects and imperfections before delivery.
